Auto Generated Greetings
The Publicist system automatically generates a greeting for each email that includes the first name of the reporter that is entered into the system. This helps personalize the email so that it is obviously not an email that is sent as a mass BCC which is a frequent tactic used in the industry that is frowned upon by the majority of reporters.
