Customized Font/Color Style Guidelines

With the WYSIWYG editor, users are not limited to only a few styling options but several. Featuring a styles menu drop down and individual editing options, users can keep their site uniform and consistent throughout while adding unique styling elements to pages for emphasis.

Styles Menu Drop Down
The styles menu drop down is ideal for sites with multiple people developing pages. Instead of one user making a heading bold and italic and another making a heading bold and underlined, the drop down will allow a user to choose a "heading" option so all headings are the same. The styles menu settings are determined and pre-set in the site development stage by the client and Captiva's design team.

Style Buttons
Commonly used style buttons can also be found on the editor toolbar. Shortcut options include:

  • Bold
  • Italic
  • Underline
  • Strike Through

Customized Color
It is very important to keep the site look consistent, which is why we do not recommend changing text color very often. However, site administration has the option to allow users to access a few or many text colors.
Customized Text Colors

The site's hyperlinks, headlines, and other specified style's font and colors are determined by the client and our design team to match the overall look of the site and may not be edited with the style buttons or color options.
