Customized Thank You Pages
After someone fills out a form, you want to follow that form submission with an automated thank you. That way, the customer knows that you received the submission. The Empoweren online form builder allows you to customize a thank you page for each form. Sometimes people specify in what time frame they will hear an answer, direct people to an FAQ page to see if it will help in the meantime or it is short and sweet.
The thank you function uses the same basic WYSIWYG editor as the Content Manager so that everything can be formatted to match your site.
