File Upload Capability
Empoweren's online form builder allows one to create a form that provides visitors with the ability to upload a file. This feature is ideal for those forms that need to accept resumes, images, contracts, CAD Drawings, and other documents.
The Forms Manager application includes a field that enables users to upload any file that is stored on their local computer. All they have to do is click on the browse button and the select the file that they want to upload from their computer in order to send off a file to your company.
The default name for this box is "File Upload", but...
...this can be edited to read however one desires.
