The Career Manager maintains a database of submissions organized by location, department, and career. When submissions are received for a particular career, it will show the total number next to the name of the career. Clicking on the number of submissions will bring up a list of applicants' names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
Clicking on each individual applicant expands their information. In addition to seeing their phone number and email address, expanding each name lets you see their contact address and a link to download their resume.
Empoweren aims to make your hiring process as streamlined as possible by having all submission information in one easy-to-access location.
For any location, a link to all submissions will follow the job title listing as shown below.

Click on this and a list of the submissions will appear. From this list, you can click on individual submissions to view the prospects information download his/her resume.
