Now, your human resources department can add and delete job listings while your PR department can control the publishing and distribution of news releases and events. Marketing can monitor the bulk of the content and the IT department is freed up to focus on their core activities.
- The system can be configured with multiple users each with their own user ID so that the webmaster can monitor all activity.
- Style guidelines can be applied to the WYSIWYG editor to ensure a consistent look and feel since many people may be working on the site.
- Multiple people can work on the site at the same time-just not on the same page.
