Office Use Only Fields

Because completed contact forms can be exported as a PDF, you may want certain fields to appear on the forms that are not filled out by the customer. Office use only fields can be added and are hidden on the front end of the form. However, they appear on the form when it is exported so that additional information can be recorded about that contact.

Any of the fields available can be turned into an "office use only" by just selecting that option within the field editor.
