Online Data Storage
The Forms Manager stores all form information online. This helps ensure that everything is stored in the same place and if for some reason you have an interruption in your email service, all the information is also stored in the Empoweren Forms Manager.
Other systems default to an email only system, so if your email goes down for any reason, the information that is submitted through your website will be lost.
Additionally, the Empoweren Forms Manager has file export capabilities so you can either export individual leads to PDF file or you can export all the results at once as a PDF or excel file.
In the main aggregate of the form data, a report details the basic information for your most recent forms so that you can quickly see your site's latest performance.
By clicking through to an individual entry, you can view specific personal data that is specified by your form. Usually this information includes the customer's name, contact information and their question or request.
The Forms Manager standardizes all of this information and keeps it organized in a central place.
