Posting Scheduling
You can choose when a listing is published on the website by utilizing publishing options. Careers can either be active, inactive, or active for certain dates only. Choosing "active" means a career is constantly listed on your website. "Inactive" is a good option for a position that is not currently open but might be again in the future, such as a seasonal or temp job. This saves you time and work, because you don't have to completely delete the career if you don't want it to show up on the website or reenter the same description if the job becomes available again in the future.
If you would like to set a time period during which users can submit job applications, you can choose "active for these dates only." Clicking on the date entry form prompts a calendar pop-up for you to select the determined dates.
This is especially useful for HR managers, who can create jobs in bulk and set it up so they automatically appear on the website in the future, eliminating the need for someone to be in office and manually create a job at a specific time.
