Predefined Categories in WYSIWYG
With the WYSIWYG editor, you can choose how to classify the job you're creating by location, department, position name, job ID, and listing date. You also have the option of entering information about the job in any of the following tabs:
- Overview (the default tab)
- Responsibilities
- Skill requirements
- Compensation
- Other
You can also choose the job type (full-time, part-time, etc.), education level, and experience level.
All of these options make it easier for job seekers to quickly find the career that matches their needs, increasing your applicant pool. And the predefined categories allow HR managers to create new career profiles in a matter of minutes without having to involve a web designer to update code.
