When creating a new career, you have the option to add a "Submit Resume" form on the page. The Empoweren system makes it easy to collect job application information without having to create your own form in the Forms Manager.
You can also add an acknowledgment message to appear on the page after job applicants submit their information. In addition, you may enter an email address where all submissions are received, such as "jobs@example.com". Having applications emailed to an address makes it easy for HR managers to forward promising applications to multiple people for further screening.
