Optional SSL Integration
Forms that require payment information for donations or purchases must be secure with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate. Other sensitive information collected such as medical information and family history may also opt for SSL protection.
The Empoweren Forms Manager can integrate a SSL with any certificate provider. Once a SSL certificate is purchased, Captiva's technical department sets it up so any form can be made secure with a click of a button.
A secure URL is distinguished by an https instead of an http.
